Architectural Design

Tenant fit-outs

Design and layout of new walls, doors, ceilings, image, etc within a space that is being rented for a office or retail.

Code violation remediation

If a building owner is cited by the building inspector for building code violations, Connolly Architecture can do documents for renovations to bring the building in compliance with code.
