Wilson Hall
Wilson Hall houses Rowan University's Music Department. The roof replacement portion of this project involved documentation of existing conditions, architectural evaluation, design, & construction documents for the demolition of 57,900 sq. ft. of existing deficient roofing and replacement with new. Also included were design and documentation for covering the aggregate portion of the existing facades with a new rain-screen metal panel system, renovation of two large group practice rooms, and the renovation/ADA upgrade of all of the public bathrooms. *
