Shannondell is a luxury retirement community in Valley Forge, PA. At full build-out it will have 2,000 apartments in 4 neighborhoods, with a community building in each neighborhood. All buildings in the complex are connected by enclosed, air conditioned links, allowing residents to visit friends in any building without going outside during harsh weather. Shannondell offers a wide variety of features and services on site, including a pool, fitness center, bank, medical center, movie theatre, salon, barber shop, convenience store, pharmacy, library, 500 seat performing arts center, and computer center, in addition to 3 dining venues in each neighborhood. There is also a 520 unit on-site assisted living/skilled nursing facility. Shannondell was designed as an upscale, luxurious facility to attract residents from surrounding Main Line communities. *
