Oak Tree Elementary School
Oak Tree Elementary School in Monroe Township, an 82,000 sf new school for 700+ students in grades Pre-K through 2, was designed for LEED silver certification. It features a 50 kw solar panel array, a rainwater catchment system with a 50,000 gallon underground tank the feeds the toilets, a low volume displacement HVAC system, and many recycled materials. Abundant daylighting infuses many of the bright, colorful spaces, including the gym and media center. *
