Bridgewater Raritan Regional School District

This $44 million referendum project for the Bridgewater Raritan Regional School District included:

  • Milltown Primary School, a new K-4 school for 525 students. The 63,000 sf school was sustainably designed for LEED Silver certification and included a 50 kw photovoltaic system, abundant daylighting, and many recycled materials. It was recognized by the EPA's Energy Star program for being in the top 25% of buildings in the country for energy efficiency.
  • A 12,650 sf classroom wing addition at Adamsville Elementary School
  • A 15,725 sf addition to Hamilton Elementary School that included a new classroom wing and gym. Also included were 1,640 sf of renovations to a kindergarten classroom and a small group instruction room.
  • 30,930 sf of additions to Eisenhower Intermediate School included a classroom wing, an auxiliary gym with a stage, and an expansion of the music department wing. 6,100 sf of renovations included the cafeteria, music wing, computer room, kiln room, and 3 small group instruction rooms.
  • A 3 story addition to Hillside Intermediate School included an auxiliary gym, computer room, music room, health room, small group instruction rooms, a multi-purpose classroom, and Child Study Team offices and conference room. Renovations included creation of 3 new music practice rooms.
  • New gyms were added at Crim, Van Holten, and John F. Kennedy Elementary Schools.
