This building in Princeton Township, NJ was used for many years as a chicken coop and garage and sits among a village like enclave of rental homes. Hugh Connolly was hired to transform it into a rental home. After partial demolition, a gut renovation, and some small additions, the building emerged as a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 3,000+ sf luxury residence, with a courtyard patio flanked by a study, dining room and family room.
