The Chelsea Apartments
The Chelsea Apartments in the East Falls section of Philadelphia were created through the rehabilitation of the 15 decaying buildings of the National Historic Register listed former Dobson's Mills, a textile factory site. Some of the buildings pre-date the Civil War. At full build-out it will consist of 325 apartments, a new 200-car parking garage, 70,000 sq. ft. of office/commercial space, and a health club. The project Mr. Connolly was involved in consisted of window replacements throughout the complex.*
